My Approach
I believe in a holistic approach to counselling, one that considers the whole person with their unique set of experiences and needs. My focus is on building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients; fostering trust, honesty, empathy, and empowerment.

Together, we will work collaboratively to identify your goals and develop a personalised plan to help you achieve them.
Often, therapy spaces feel very clinical.
To me, many of our burdens are simply symptoms of real life and to feel is to be alive.
That is why I remain my authentic self throughout the counselling process.

origin story
My expertise in counselling extend beyond my
diploma qualification.
With first hand experience living with mental health, trauma
and grief since childhood;
managing and recovering from many facets, my own victories
give me an invaluable understanding of the complexities
that underpin mental health and emotional distress.

Through my ongoing devotion to both professional and
self development, I am equipped with an extensive
toolkit filled with evidence-based techniques and a refined
perspective that I want to share with as many people as I can.

I am driven by the fulfilment I find in supporting and empowering
others to create a life of their own design.
My thorough view on mental health and human behaviour makes it simple for me to psychoanalyse, recognise patterns and link action with outcome, so that we may pave the path toward desired results.
These are fundamental qualities, derived from my own personal adversity, self development
and education - traits that often cultivated feelings of indifference throughout my life, having always viewed the world from such detailed depths. However, it was when I started viewing these perceived weaknesses as strengths that my path to becoming a Counsellor became very clear.
